DESCRIPTION OF THE GILDED WOOD GITE

The Former Tile Factory :

The XVIII° C. Tile factory was in operation until 1901, producind curved tiles, hexagonal floor tiles and lime. Abandoned at the beginning of the XX° C.
After a fire and failed production, it lay dormant until 1975, when it was re–opened.
It has been steadily restored. Its rare furnace warrants the historic monument label inscription.
